Return window

Request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

Condition

Items must be unused, unwashed, and free from stains, odours, or damage, with original tags and packaging intact. Items that don't meet these conditions may not be accepted.

How to request

If you placed your order with an email address, sign in to your account on our website, open the order and choose "Request return". Or WhatsApp +91 8777067749 or email lipiloom@gmail.com with your order number and reason. We'll share the return address and next steps. Please don't ship anything back before your request is approved.

Return shipping

For change of mind or sizing, the customer covers return shipping. If the item is damaged, defective, or we sent the wrong product, we cover it.

Damaged or incorrect items

Message us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. Prepaid orders go back to the original payment method. COD orders are refunded by UPI or bank transfer to details you provide.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

Size or colour exchanges are subject to availability. Request them the same way as a return.

Non-returnable

Final sale items, and products returned without original tags or packaging.
