We ship across India. We also ship to selected international countries.
• Prepaid orders (UPI, card, net banking, wallet): FREE delivery.
• Cash on Delivery (COD): ₹50 COD/shipping charge, shown at checkout before you place the order.
A flat shipping charge of ₹1,800 applies to international orders and is shown at checkout. Any customs duties or import taxes in the destination country are paid by the customer.
Orders are packed and handed to our courier partner from Rishra, Hooghly, West Bengal. Delivery time depends on your location and the courier. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link by SMS/WhatsApp or email. You can also track it anytime on our Track Your Order page.
Please keep the exact amount ready at delivery. Repeated refusal of COD orders may lead to COD being disabled for that phone number or address.
Wrong address or failed delivery
Please check your address and phone number before placing the order. If a parcel comes back to us because of a wrong address or because nobody was available, re-shipping charges may apply.
If the outer packaging looks tampered with or damaged at delivery, please take photos and message us within 48 hours of delivery (see our Refund Policy).
