Lipi means script, the letters we grew up reading. Loom is where cloth is born. Lipi and Loom brings the two together: Bengali words, stories and memories, printed on t-shirts you can wear every day.

We are a small Bengali t-shirt brand from Rishra, Hooghly. Every design starts as a hand-drawn idea, inspired by the things that make us Bengali: Bangla typography, old Kolkata, Satyajit Ray and Sukumar Ray, Durga Puja, adda, maach-bhaat and a good sense of humour.
Whether you live in Kolkata, Bengaluru, Delhi or anywhere else in India, our tees are a small piece of home you can carry with you.
